During his 20+ years at the World Bank, Yuriy supported several client countries in Europe and Central Asia, East Asia and Pacific, and Africa on issues facing the energy and infrastructure sectors, including market reforms, financial viability, energy access, reconstruction and modernization of energy assets, regional power trade, renewable energy, energy efficiency, climate change, corporate governance and PPP. Prior to joining the World Bank he worked as a technical-commercial engineer at the Energy Metering Department of Schlumberger Industries. Yuriy is currently based in Vienna and works mostly on World Bank energy programs and projects in Western Balkans.
