Vildana Mahmutović, as head of Sustainability for Adriatic Metals, is responsible for further development and promotion of sustainability strategy in the company, including Net-Zero strategy, strategy climate, physical and transition risk management, and sustainable community development, basic values and ESG strategy to improve business performance and create a strong social purpose. The main role of sustainability within the company is to measure our impact and improve ours sustainability performance through the development and implementation of a sustainability strategy and an ESG strategy, which will support the company's attractiveness to investors, strengthen our social license to operate, increase employee motivation and help the company create sustainable benefits for the local community communities and the country. Vildana Mahmutović managed the first assessment of the impact on the environment and society for mineral resources in the country, which was announced in December 2021, specifically for the project You are cooking. Vildana has over 10 years of experience working in the field of environment, sustainability and ESG standards, and she gained experience working in the consulting sector with almost all the big ones industries in BiH, and also worked on USAID projects.
