Sanela Karić is a lawyer with more than twenty years of significant work experience in the field of legal affairs. Since August 2020, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Adriatic Metals PLC, a company listed on the LSX and the owner of Adriatic Metals BH and the Vareš Mine Project. From January 2021, he assumes the position of Chairman of the Board for Sustainable Development in the same company. Through this role, through committee members and management, he provides quarterly guidance and supervises projects and activities in all aspects and components related to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance). In addition, from 2021, Sanela Karić is the director of the Adriatic Vareš Foundation, a foundation that promotes and supports scholarships, environmental protection and health preservation through its activities. It also acts as an initiator of ideas and provides financial support to various non-governmental organizations in the local community.
