V.D. is the General Director of JP Elektroprivreda BiH dd Sarajevo. Born on September 29, 1976. in Tuzla. He finished high school in 1995 in Srebrenik. Graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Tuzla in 2000. Received his Master's degree in 2007. He defended his doctoral dissertation in 2017. Served as the Municipal Mayor of Srebrenik Municipality. Married and father of one child.
