Senior Expert at the Centre for Climate and Energy Analysis (CAKE) at the National Centre for Emissions Management, Warsaw. With the CAKE team, he has co-authored a number of advanced analyses of the economic impacts of climate policy, which have been used in policy implementation, and has made important contributions to the development of analytical modelling tools. Member of the Polish and EU delegations to the Conferences of the Parties to the Climate Convention (COP). Lecturer at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, where he pioneered the introduction of courses on environmental and natural resource economics and climate policy, which he currently coordinates and teaches. In cooperation with partners from CEMS member universities, he introduced and implemented the unique Climate Change Policy and Model UNFCCC course at SGH (Outstanding Contribution to the CEMS MIM Programme Award and recognition by the Secretariat of the UNFCCC).
