She has a master's degree in management in service business at the University of Modern of Business in Belgrade (MBS). She successfully completed her master's studies at IEDC Bled School for Managers and earned a master's degree in management in the Slovenian language, receiving a second-level master's degree in European area of higher education – 120 ECTS.Since 2003, she has been actively employed in the banking sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina.Since January 1, 2017, he has held the position of President of the Management Board of NLB Bank d.d., Sarajevo, in charge of: Sector for retail business, Sector for business with the economy, Department for product development and sales support, Department for Legal Affairs, Secretariat, Department for Marketing, CRM and Contact center and the Department for Human Resource Management and Organization.
