Dr. Branislava Lepotić Kovačević, energy lawyer. Master Degree and Ph.D at University of Novi Sad, post Ph.D specialization in the EU Law Harmonization (Berlin, Brussels) and Energy Law (Dundee University). Over 25 years of professional experience in the energy industry and providing legal advices to the Governments and Regulatory institutions as well as UN, EU, Energy Community, USAID, WB and GIZ. Energy law lecturer and author. She is the President of Serbian Energy Law Association (UPES), member of the Executive Board of European Federation of Energy Law Associations (EFELA), member of Executive Board of National Petroleum Committee of Serbia – World Petroleum Council (NNKS-WPC) and member Executive Board of Serbian Petroleum Gas Association (SNAGA).
