SECW 2024 is a meticulously designed and prestigious event, bringing together key participants in the fields of energy and
climate. The platform promotes sustainable energy and climate policies, based, above all, on reaching EU goals founded on
research, studies, and real needs in these areas.
As a format, SECW offers concurrent sessions, providing numerous networking opportunities to engage with leading experts in
energy, including organizations, agencies, the business community, scientific companies, global and regional enterprises,
investors, academia, entrepreneurs, civil society, media, and other relevant interlocutors.

GENERAL SPONSOR OF THE EVENT

Reasons to get involved:

  • Addressing the community at the inaugural opening ceremony at the Hotel Hills with a welcome speech
    lasting up to 5 minutes
  • Addressing the business community and guests at satellite events that are an integral part of SECW (i.e.,
    Sarajevo City Hall, Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina, embassies – locations TBC)
  • Emphasizing the support of the general sponsor in the public appearances of the organizers, press
    releases, and information for the media in the preparatory and event period of the SECW and on the
    profiles of the event on social networks
  • Emphasizing the key role in the organization and contribution in the conversation about these, for the
    community, significant topics
  • Possibility to organize “Powered by” events before, during, or after SECW 2024
  • Possibility to organize a Warm-up event before the start of SECW 2024 (in the period June-September) for

  • Involvement and partner position in the development of the program part of SECW 2024
  • Possibility of making three introductory presentations on thematic days before the panel discussions
  • Participation in the selected panel/thematically selected day or other program content (as agreed)
  • Exhibition space at the conference in the Hotel Hills, up to 20 m2 in size, with space for B2B meetings (the
    Organizer ensures the production and installation of counters, tables, desks, chairs, and branded
    backgrounds)
  • Highlighting the logo and name of the general partner on all promo materials: website, OOH advertising,
    screens, LED displays, and other communication channels; brochure/program and other publications; in the
    official press corner and on all graphic materials, branding of accreditations*
  • Prominent brand/logo for the duration of coffee and lunch breaks on the thematic day
  • Technical support of the Organizer during the preparation period
  • Provision of photo and video material from all days of the event + mention and/or branding in the
    newsletter content during the preparation of the event, during the event, and in the thank-you message at
    the end
  • Highlighting the partner role in the SECW 2024 after-movie (release in October 2024)
  • 30 SECW registration fees for all five days of the event and seat reservation for all days
