Milorad Jovičić serves as the Chief of Staff to the Mayor of the Ugljevik Municipality. In his role, he is responsible for coordinating activities with relevant authorities, organizations, and institutions within his jurisdiction, as well as with international organizations, in accordance with the Mayor's directives. Additionally, he handles public relations, liaises with other organizations under the municipality's purview, and performs specialized and administrative tasks for the Mayor. He also advises the Mayor and carries out various other duties as required by the municipal administration.Milorad Jovičić has previously served as the Director of the Ugljevik Municipality Development Agency for 14 years. He has been involved in the preparation, application, and implementation of projects carried out by the municipality in collaboration with both domestic and foreign institutions.From his youth to the present day, he has been actively involved in sports, particularly basketball. He holds degrees in Economics and Sports Coaching.
