Mr. Vukotic is a hydrogeology engineer (graduated from the University of Belgrade). His current affiliations are: project manager within EPCG's Directorate for Development and Investments, manager of HPP Komarnica Project as well as of SHPP Otilovići Project, member of the World Bank's international Drina River Basin Management Team, member of the UN's international team for Water-Food-Energy-Ecosystem Nexus and Benefits of Transboundary Cooperation in the Drina River Basin, member of the Sava River Basin Commission's international team for Water-Food-Energy-Ecosystem Nexus and Benefits of Transboundary Cooperation in the Sava River Basin, member of the EPCG and EPS' joint team entrusted with monitoring of the HPP Komarnica contract implementation (coordinator on behalf of EPCG), member of the joint committee of Montenegro and the Republic of Srpska entrusted with analysing the effect of HPP Buk Bijela’s development on the territory of Montenegro.
