In 2011, Željko Mikulić obtained the title of Master of Electrical Engineering at the University of Split, Croatia. With extensive experience in the area of the electricity market, Željko has been employed at JP EPHZHB d.d. Mostar since 2015. as an expert in the electricity market. During his business engagement, he gained many years of experience in planning the production of power plants from renewable sources and electricity trading. His work includes active participation in various projects that focus on optimizing production and increasing the efficiency of business sustainability. Željko is particularly focused on the integration of renewable energy sources, and his contribution includes close cooperation with different sectors within the company with the aim of improving business processes. Before working at JP EPHZHB d.d., Željko worked as a process engineer at Violeta d.o.o. from 2012 to 2015. During these three years, he was responsible for process management and optimization of production operations, where he developed and implemented strategies to increase production efficiency and reduce costs. Željko's professional skills include electricity trading, production planning in the electricity sector, integration of renewable energy sources, process management, and electricity market analysis.
